- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My customer service experience was terrible. Yesterday I dropped in to have 4 chain saw chains sharpened. They asked me if I wanted then done right away, I said, " I was in no rush", so they then said they would be ready for 4 PM pickup. I said I would come by early the next day saturday morning giving them plenty of time. Well I came back saturday morning and the chains had not been worked on. I then had to wait around 30 minutes for the work to be done that was promised yesterday. I got an immediate apology we were busy.... I guess I should have had them done yesterday while I waited and they were so busy. The worse part was the attitude of one the service people... After explaining their commitment i got a "well it still saturday morning" It didn't go over with me and I let him know I didn't appreciate this attitude....April 19, 2017by John Mills
